Dear Mr.ceo_sanju
There is some basic etiquette which we have to follow in open forum or any society where different language people are available.
That's it and it cannot be given in the Terms and conditions of any forum.
Here I am requesting you all only to use English as common Language otherwise if you mention in vernacular language then please give the meaning in English. That's all I wanted to say.
Making it as a big issue cannot be understood Mr. ceo_sanju.

Your concern over welcoming the new comers is nice to listen. I too would like to reiterate the same that do not create such image in the minds of the new comers that this site is running with so many arguments in stead of discussions.

Thank you Mr. Vijay Ramasamy for your valuable comments.
We should not think and take every happenings in personalised way. If we do so, then only we will get hurt. As per the new policy issued to the Moderators by the Administrators or as per the existing policy, the moderators are forced to delete some unwanted, not having any link with HR Subject, published in the Vernacular Language, threads.
For which some people are seems to be arguing (not discussing) as Indian Traditional Indian / English lovers / Non English speakers not looks nice and unquotable.
Even If they want to mention the saying in the Vernacular Language, they can give the meaning nearer to that also will be accepted as this forum members should understand what it could be.
Thanks for your comments Mr. Vijay Ramasamy.

hi frnds
I also wish to add some points to this valuable post...............
i think wat the moderators has done is right....... it doesnt mean tat i m hurting persons who are talking or conversing in hindi..............
i think if we use a common language it will be easy for all citehr members to accept nd understand the matters well...........
if some important discussions r going on in regional languages some people maynot understand............
I THINK AS AN INTERNATIONAL FORUM IT WILL BE USEFUL WHEN WE COMMUNICATE OUR THOUGHTS AND KNOWLEDGE IN ENGLISH.................
and i i hurt some body's feeling...........
i m sorry..............

Dear Ms. Dharani
I too agree it is not possible to translate the language specials and regional specials (words in existence) in other language, But the members can try to inform the other members about the meaning in wide range and not exact meaning.
Here in this form hope we are only discussing about our stand and sharing our view and we are intending to hurt anyone. In a Healthy Atmosphere as everybody understands the exact meaning of words and concerned member's intended meaning, there is no such hurt feeling comes in the subject.
Thanks for your valuable comments Dharani

Dear Mr. AVS

Greetings and Please accept my sincere thanks for your valuable comments.

As asked by some member to show the rule for Usage of English Language is not at all required. Because Eventhough the site belongs to Uttar Pradesh if some member joins from Tamil Nadu (where there is no Hindi At all) and one Russian (Where there is no English At all) are entering means we have to select a common language for our use, for which demanding some rules are not acceptable. Even in our house some guests comes from other states and by keeping them along with us we cannot discuss commonly anything in the language which the guest cannot understand. If it is so then what will be the feelings of the Guest. This is only basic etiquette, which we are teaching to our 7 year old children and some of our members did not know that is really surprising.

Yes Of course; everybody commits mistakes.

If someone tells that he never does any mistake means, we should not believe him, because he is a lier or he never does any work. Whoever doing some work they will obviously does mistake.

But the human beings will learn from their mistakes and they will not repeat the same mistake in future. The Best quality is learning from others mistakes.

There is a funny wall hanging I have seen in somewhere

"More work - More Mistakes

Less Work - Less Mistakes

No Work - No Mistake"

Boss I do not want to commit any Mistake, so do not assign any work to me"

We cannot sit idle too.

"If you want to punish a sincere worker - Call him for duty; do not give him any work, and keep him Idle for days together"

The sincere worker will automatically run-away from your organisation.

Further I would like to say something in line with you Mr. AVS, that through this forum we are getting platform for good exposure and having chance to acquire good knowledge, which should be used properly by the members lest the losers will not be the forum.

Thank you Mr. AVS for your experience sharing and thought provoking comments.
