Dear All,

I noticed in our company's Memorandum of Association (MOA) that it is as per the Companies Act of 1956. Could you please educate me on whether the same laws apply for leaves and salary calculations under the Companies Act?

(Sorry if my questions seem silly, but I would like to understand this.)
