Hi All, I would like to pursue a career in Training and aim to acquire relevant certifications. I have been advised to consider the ISTC course from Jamnalal Bajaj. Additionally, I have engaged in short-term workshops focusing on specialized training such as Train the Trainers and Psychometric tests. I have found Prism Certification to be beneficial. If anyone has completed a Prism Mapping Certification, I would appreciate hearing about its advantages.
