Need Help with Excel: How to Auto-Calculate Monthly and Daily Salaries with Overtime?

Please provide me with an Excel format where salary can be automatically calculated on a monthly and daily basis, including overtime. Additionally, explain how to calculate the basic rate of a monthly salaried person. Should their basic pay plus Dearness Allowance (DA) be calculated and then divided by 30?
