Hi! I have been asked to prepare a set of questions to be asked during interviews for teachers. I have worked on it and have prepared two different sets of questions:
1) For Freshers (basic questions)
2) For Experienced candidates (questions based on competence)

However, I need to create only one evaluation sheet that includes all the skills mentioned (communication skills, experience, leadership skills, tech-savviness, innovative skills, ability to interact) for both the freshers and the experienced candidates. How do I go about it? Kindly suggest as soon as possible.

To create a comprehensive evaluation sheet for teacher interviews covering all skill sets, you can follow these steps:

1. Identify Key Skill Sets: List down the essential skills required for the teaching role, such as communication skills, experience, leadership skills, tech-savviness, innovative skills, and ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues.

2. Design Evaluation Criteria: Develop a scoring system or rating scale for each skill set to objectively assess candidates. For example, you can use a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest proficiency level.

3. Create Common Questions: Draft interview questions that address each skill set for both freshers and experienced candidates. Ensure that the questions are clear, relevant, and tailored to assess the specific skills you are looking for.

4. Include Behavioral Questions: Incorporate behavioral questions that require candidates to provide examples of how they have demonstrated the desired skills in past teaching experiences.

5. Use a Matrix Format: Organize the evaluation sheet in a matrix format with skill sets listed on one axis and candidate names or interview stages on the other axis. This layout allows for easy comparison and assessment of candidates across different skill areas.

6. Weighted Scoring: Assign weights to each skill set based on its importance to the teaching role. This will help prioritize certain skills over others during the evaluation process.

7. Training for Evaluators: Provide training to interviewers on how to use the evaluation sheet effectively and ensure consistency in rating candidates based on the predefined criteria.

8. Review and Refine: Regularly review the evaluation sheet based on feedback from interviews and adjust the questions or scoring criteria as needed to improve the assessment process.

By following these steps, you can create a comprehensive evaluation sheet that covers all the necessary skill sets for teacher interviews and ensures a fair and thorough assessment of both freshers and experienced candidates.
