Dear Wang,

Yes, you are right. A CV can be designed in several ways. In fact, for every unique opportunity, a unique CV is required according to demand. The major components of a CV are:

1. Contact details
2. Basic details (such as personal information, qualifications, hobbies, references, etc.)
3. Emphasized details (your success story, experience, major achievements, key responsibility areas, professionally interesting areas, etc.)

Now, as per your requirement, you can customize it in the following ways:

a. As per desired sequence, or
b. Above point 3, as per proposed employer's requirements
c. Or both a & b.

Please send me your comments on this.
