Hi, We have been paying salaries in our company directly without any salary slips till now.
My boss has now told me to introduce salary slips which can be signed by the employees so that they can also keep track of their leaves and deductions.
Please provide me a salary slip format which contains the details of leaves, deductions and advances.

Hi , After calculating Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Mobile, Education the remaining part of salary is adjusted in special allowance.
Hi, Basic is 50 % of salary HRA is 35% of Basic Medical you can give it between 800 to 1250 as per level Education is 200 Conveyance is 800 And the difference is adjusted in special allowances

Basic is usually 15% of CTC. PF etc are calculated on the basic pay.
Free software? There are no free software unless you get a hack for one on the internet.
