Hi, Can anyone help me on how to create an employee loyalty with alternative HR benefits? :( Regards Shahista
see to create employee loyalty there are many things a co can do:
1) pay well
2)Give challenging work
3)Good work wnvironment
4)Taking continuous feedback from ee
5)Keep asking them how r they keeping and if dey want anything
6)MOST IMP: if dey do a good job appreciate in front of others
7)Listen carefully to their feedback and suggestions and seriously work on it
8)Never ill treat them
9)TRUST them ( very imp.)

That was really nice said... Added to that i would also add few suggestions.
1. Make sure that the employee is satisfied with his profile.
2. Make a situation where the employee feels that his job is secured.
3. Keep the employee happy in all aspects
with regards

Hi friends,
Job satisfaction does'nt show the loyalty of the staff completely right? One can be satisfied with the job, with out having commitment to the firm. Has any body done any study on Staff loyalty? Could you please share with me?

I agree.. employee needs to feel secure.
Also, Human interaction is important. Recognize an employee's anniversary or other milestone in person, not over the phone or via email.
Can anyone tell me how you put a recommendation on loyalty program?
