Hi,
I am an engineering graduate with 4 years of experience in the operations department of the university. Now, I want to shift to the HR side. I want to pursue a course in HR. Whether a distance learning course is authentic, and if companies consider them or if the on-campus course overshadows them.
Thank you!

Hi, dear friend,
First of all, both are diploma courses, so it's clear you want to do a short-term diploma course along with your continuous job. If you are working exclusively in the HR department and you want to gain more knowledge about HR, you should go for PGDHRM. PGDBA will provide basic knowledge only, not in-depth knowledge, so now you have to decide whether you want comprehensive knowledge or just an introduction.
I would suggest PGDHRM if you are in the HR department.

Certainly! Here is the corrected text with proper spelling, grammar, and formatting:

Matter of fact, if you want to go for a distance learning program and continue with your job, then please do so. However, if you prefer a regular course and are flexible in dropping your job, then opt for a regular one.
Best wishes,
