Hello everyone!this is priya ,im currently pursuing my MBA with specialisation in HR, can anyone please explain what could be the intial role of an hr professional in any company!

The initial role of an HR professional in a company could vary,... depending on the structure or the type of service or production it provides
If you are a new entrant with qualification then some company will take you has Graduate HR Trainee or in some HR structure it would be HR officer/Payroll eg..
In some situation depending on expertise and qualification you could be a HR Consultant or HR Manager even to HR Associate or Cordinator in that matter.
Priyath if you are thinking of a HR career... most importantly is ....that you got to be a people person behaviour and understand their employment welfare and the vision of the organization
