I am currently pursuing my PGDBA (HR) in the 3rd semester at SCDL. I would like to clarify whether PGDBA is equivalent to an MBA or not, as I am a bit confused about this. Additionally, I am unsure if the industry will accept this SCDL PGDBA.

If you have experience in HR and if you have completed any correspondence course, whether it's a one-year or two-year program, it will be a valuable addition to your profile. However, if you are a fresher, obtaining a good break with this SCDL course might be challenging. Nowadays, it seems like anyone is pursuing this course, and I am uncertain about the value addition or practical knowledge gained from such courses. I apologize for saying this.
