HI Shivani
I hope you have your PF account number rite. Certainly it will get credited to your account. But some times due to delay in process it will take 2 to 3 months also. In my case It took more than a year to get credit to account.
But any how you better visit PF office and ask the status of your PF claims. If not possible to visit try to call them and check the status. I hope nobody will respond if you try to call over phone but u better try.

Hi Shivani,
This is to iform you that,
1. Normally PF Claims are updated in the EPF website, but b specific on choosing the location on PF status.
2. Earlier til Dec 2009 PF status claims are updated by 25 to 30 days and full settlement is made on max 45 working days, but now a days it takes 30 to 45 days to update the claim status in website and it takes minimum 60 to 75 working days to credit into your account.
3. The updation in website states that they have acknowledged your file.
So hope for the best.

HI Shivani
Not to worry, Your money will be safe and only thing is it will get delay. If you find any difference amount you got you can fight for the same and get your money.
Try to get the Form 3a "Annual Returns" form your employer. That will help for claims

Dear Shivani,

I pretty much doubt whether the PF claims are updated regularly like other

Government websites.

To answer your question.

In my opinion generally the PF authorities wait for a period of 60 days after you submit the claim and then commence the processing (in the event you are switching from one employment to other).

This waiting period is to give time to assess whether the employee is likely to join yet another industry covered under the EPF act. The other factor is you can still transfer your EPF account from one employer to another.

After expiry of the 60 days period the claims are processed.

However, if you are likely to attain the age of superannuation the claims can be submitted, if my memory is right 90 days (not sure of the days) prior to date of superannuation. You can be assured that you get the claim amount on the date of your superannuation if not earlier. But for this the employer needs to submit a declaration that the employer will contribute the PF amount for the period ending superannuation as the claim is being submitted in advance.

Trust the matter is clarified
