Helo Swapna,
Many many Thanks for sharing.
You r very lucky person who met the great person. It’s not a simple article; it’s a example for all to boast their moral & confidence who wants to really achieve some higher goal in their life like you.
Now I understand how the Infosys is developed in this stage though your husband mr. murthy has lot of efforts to bring this organisation upto this stage but now i understand that your contribution can not be less than your husband as you had been associate with the uncrowned king of Indian industry, Mr. JRD TATA & the last advised he has given to you i.e., 'Always start with confidence. When you are successful you must give back to society. Society gives us so much; we must reciprocate. Wish you all the best.' Now I appreciate the Infosys definitely following the Principal of Mr. JRD TATA and giving/ returning to the Society & I definitely salute JRD TATA & his followers like you.

Fantastic and very touching. I am sure that one word ' CONFIDENCE' to Mrs Murthy from JRD must have contributed some way to what we have today the Great Infosys. JRD is a legend and he inspired every one who came in touch with him.

hi sapna,
it was a nice letter written by a legend to a legend. it also inspire us to learn the message hidden in the letter about the character of respected mr. JRD. I also worked for the Tata group under his two sis concern one ''Tata Retail Enterprise'' and another "Tata Consultancy Services".
The work culture of tata companies is very good. they are very caressive about their employees even at the time of recession there are very less people who have to change TCS.
I wish i would get another chance to work with Tata's.
Thanks.

After so many compliments, I have left with no words to offer more that what has already been said. The Letter is superb and I have included it as an inspiring lesson for my trainees. This is the best tribute that I can offer.
