Hi friends,

I have a query. It is about my friend who joined a semi-government organization a few months back. They provided the offer letter but delayed giving the appointment letter due to medical grounds.

After a few months, my friend resigned due to an extremely unprofessional work environment, lack of motivation, and threats of termination, as well as mental harassment. Several people were even terminated. My friend does not have the appointment letter but only the offer letter.

Now, it has been more than a month since he left, but he has not received his full and final settlement. The company is now denying to pay the last working day's salary.

My question is, can he go to the labor court, or what is the other way?

Hi, Does he holds any other proof that he was employed there. Unless he is able to produce that document he would be not able to win the case. regards Vijayakumar

Dear Vijay,

It has been two years since I resigned from Indiabulls, and since then, I have been following up on my salary/full and final settlement. Instead, they have transferred some account opening debits under my employee code and are asking me to clear those debits. For the past two years, I have been trying to explain to them that since I did not open these accounts, I should not be held liable for the associated charges.

Kindly advise on what steps I should take to obtain my full and final settlement.

Regards,
Vinay
