I am using Psychometric test for Personnel Selection, but its not a testing software. I just wanted to know if you already have set questions - psychometric test.
My company used to recruit personnel on the basis of psychometric test, but I found it tedious to analyze as it consumes lot of time and energy. I have made it Online with the help of Google docs and the analysis is very quick & easy.

We take the job discription from the client and our team studies and indentifies the suitable questions for that role and also we have list of 70tests from which you can also decide what can be beneficial for you.
Its not time consuming but it saves a lot of time and energy and a very user friendly software which exists from past 60 years and used globally.
