Why not? Being a relative of one of the Directors may not make one disqualified to become MD or CEO of the company unless otherwise provided in the Articles of Association or resolved in any meeting of the share holders.

Kindly specify what kind of directors you are referring to. Is is the board of directors or the executive director.
For the sake of designation also some SME's appoint directors.
In case of the directors of the board there will be only meeting fees ( sitting fees) and the travel/ stay expenses paid.
In case of whole time or executive directors there will be a regular structure like any other paid employee with additional fringes.
Hence kindly explain what exactly are you looking for.
