Hi Dipankar,

First, I appreciate Shwetha for her reply to you. Thanks, Shwetha. However, those questions are really boosting your confidence, but you still need to answer more questions to be well-prepared for an HR job.

Thanks,
Pushparaj

Try to consolidate the questions you have been asked by the interviewers and also find answers to those questions. This will help you to strengthen the areas in which you are lacking.

All the very best.

Dear All,

I have worked in secretarial or administrative assistant roles for the past 7 years with companies that do not have an HR system in place. I am now actively seeking opportunities in the HR domain as I have recently completed my PGDBM (HR) and HR Generalist training over the last 6-7 months. However, I am facing difficulty in receiving responses from companies, even for entry-level HR positions. I cannot continue for an extended period in my current firm as it is a small consultancy with limited growth prospects.

Any guidance or suggestions in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and regards,
Anshu
