Hi All,
I just want to know the list of institutions for SAP HR and Oracle HR, and what is the difference between SAP HR and Oracle HR. I am looking forward to your reply!
How can we study independently? Is it possible?
Thanks,

Both SAP and Oracle aim to provide a total IT solution for the entire business organization, each with specific modules for HRM and Payroll. Both companies are industry leaders and claim to be the best. There are likely very few individuals who have experience with both SAP and Oracle and can offer insights on which one is superior.

The full form of SAP is System Application Production.
There are two types of users in SAP HR: one is the Core user, and the second is the end user.
The basic profile of a core user is to make additions/deletions to commands or improve the SAP program. The basic profile of an end user is to use SAP as per requirements.
End users use SAP to generate employee codes, conduct payroll activities, manage separation, confirm employees, handle PMS, and other data management tasks.
SAP HR is much easier than Oracle HR because Oracle HR has limitations for report generation. When you enter data in SAP HR, you can pull any kind of report/data from SAP, but Oracle has some limited reports.

I am planning to do SAP HR or Oracle HR. Please let me know:
1. The difference between them.
2. Which one is easier to learn?
3. Comparatively, which one is more cost-effective?
4. How is the job market? Which one is better in the market?
5. What is the time schedule required to learn?
6. I have 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with about 2 years of training experience. In addition to HR, I am also assisting in the training division.
7. Is this a back-end HR job?
Thanks/Regards,
