Administration department is again a very responsible prt of any organisation. It is the mediator between every department.
These activities are covered under an admin person --
1. Coordination and communication with all departments inside company.
2. Coordination with branch offices ( if company has), or headoffice.
3. Coordination with vendors.
4. Communication via e-mail / phone.
5. Records management.
6. Attendance / time office management.
7. Housekeeping.
8. Couriers handling.
9. Files maintenance.
10. Handling official documents etc.

I am working as HR Executive in one of private ltd company ( About 100 employees),
Here , i am handling HR as wel as Admin.
I want to focus on one area for my next opportunities and i think i am more suitable for Admin.
Can you suggest me what kind of skills and qualities are required to become Admin manager????
