Dear Deepa, You can write a mail which I have written below:
Dear Candidate,
Good Morning.
Greetings of the Day from M/s......................
With reference to your Application dated...............and by the subsequent Interview which you had with us on.................., we are glad to inform you that you have been selected for the post of ..............................for which we are enclosing the Appointment Letter for the same.
Please sign the duplicate copy of this Appointment Letter (copy enclosed) and send back a copy of it as a token of your acceptance.
