Please guide me....
I have recently joined ceramic industry, before my joining, industry were lacking with HR person. so industry have no appointment letter and other letter system, but now as I joined it, employees are requesting for appointment letter.
What should I do for that. Should I give them as an existing employee or new? what should be the accounting effect i.e on salary? Please guide me.
