I would like to ask you 1 question which i was asked in an interview for the position of Human Resources Executive in a five star hotel.
The question was:
“There is an employee working in the organization since 25 years, 1 month left to his retirement he brings certificate from the government that he still have 2 years remaining for age bar to work."
As a Human Resource Professional what would be your decision, retirement or expand service period?
