Responsibilities:

Play a pivotal role in world wide HR strategic and operations improvement initiatives – identifying issues, forming hypotheses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

Perform analyses that underpin findings and recommendations on critical initiatives.

Plan and develop HR budgets, track HR metrics.

Oversee evaluation, reporting, and analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives.

Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on the findings.

Development and analysis of surveys and metrics.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role involves: • Liaising with the recruitment team hiring managers & candidates

• Follow up interviews & reporting back to senior generalists

• Compiling reports

• Supporting in the advancement & year end bonus process

Required skills

MBA(HR)

2+yrs of experience in handling the following:

Generating offer and appointmernt letters

Hsandling joining formalities

Coordinasting with concerned depoartments for email id creation and identity cards

Maintaining employee database

Generating reports as required

Should be strong on excel
