1. Research has repeatedly proven that "compensation & Benefits" are the key levers of employee satisfaction, and were conveniently missed in the presentation.
2. Leadership is an enabler, not a direct lever for employee satisfaction. It provides an invigorating work environment, strategizes for employee loyalty, creates acceptable policies, and encourages innovation, among other things.
3. Training and career growth were not covered in the presentation.
4. Infrastructure is also an important factor for employee satisfaction.
Otherwise, the presentation is okay.
