the following documents are to be filed in the personla file:
1) Company employment form (filled at the time of interview)
2) Employee's resume along with the employment form.
3) Joining formalities documents and other related documents.
4) Other documents filed as per the situation (like experience certificate, service certificate, etc.)
5) Photo of the employee
6) Address and other information of the employee
Following documents are to be filed along with cv and Employment Application form :
1. Date of Birth certificate
2. Educational certificate
3. Two passport size photographs
4. Experience certificate
5. Residential proof.
6. Copy of driving License (If Any).
7. Proof of Last Salary Drawn.
8. Proof of vehicle (If Any)
Following is the order for keeping the employee date in Personal file.
1) Employee Resume
2) Personal Information form along with Passport size photograph
3) Test papers / Technical evaluation papers ( whichever is applicable)
4) Interview Assessement sheets with recommendations
5) Reference Checks
6) Offer Letter copy ( Accepted by the employee)
7) Appointment Letter copy
8) Joining letter
9) Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates Copies
10) Induction kit acknowledgment
After this whenever the employee is confirmed , confirmation review letter and confirmation letter.
At the end of the year , review letter/ review recommendation letter / Increment letter etc

I have recently joined an origination as HR Exe ,before that there is no HR Department,i am the only one person in HR.
Now i want the make employee personal file.
can anybody suggest me the way to collect the all document,
Should i issue a notice or just give the information to all employee.
can anybody share with me the matter of same
