Hi everyone, This is Nisha M, pursuing my final year MSW, specializing in HR at MSSW. I am currently engaged in studying the 'PERCEPTION OF GEN X TOWARDS THE TALENT MANAGEMENT OF GEN Y'. Here, I intend to study the views/perspectives of Generation X employees (aged 30-45 years) about Generation Y employees (aged 18-29 years) in the workplace, focusing on different parameters such as attraction, work strengths, weaknesses, benefits, satisfaction, challenges, retention, etc. Hence, I have successfully designed a questionnaire to quantify my study findings. I kindly request management employees between 30-45 years old from any industry/sector to respond to my questionnaire and help me proceed with the study's findings.
