OT format - want to maintain the OT details for 40+ permanent employees

Hi Friends, This is Jai from Chennai, i want to maintain the OT details for 40+ permanent employees. All the people will work in OT. is there any separate format for OT. is there any excel or tracking format for OT.If anybody is having, pls upload it. Hope i'll get a solution here. Thanks in Advance.
