Hi,
we have reviewed the policy and have some querries:
1. The visiting card will give information about name, designation, mobile number and (Company name) email ID.

Visiting card shoul give only the name and the company office numbers alongwith the company mail ID. So far as the personal contact number and designation are concerned, these are variable part and upon change the visiting card require reprint. Especially in the IT Industry where the performance review is done quite frequently, these facts shall be considered.
2. If the employee do not wish his/hers private mobile number to be stated on the visiting cards, he/she should inform the administration before the confirmation period has ended.
ok

3. We think that policy should be in such a manner which serve the win win situation to the employee and the employer.
