Please find attached herewith a copy of Minimum Wages revision in U.P. w.e.f 1st Oct,2009.
There is a hike of Rs.79/- in unskiled,Rs.90/- in semiskilled & Rs.101/- in skilled category minimum wages.
As per the notification Minimum wages in U.P. w.e.f 1st Oct,09 as follows.
Unskilled ~ Rs.3452/- PM.
Semi Skilled~ Rs.3935/-PM
Skilled ~ Rs.4368/-PM.

Prior to this notification minimum wages in UP was as follows.
Unskilled ~ Rs.3373/- PM.
Semi Skilled~ Rs.3845/-PM
Skilled ~ Rs.4267/-PM.

Dear Kuldeep,
Greetings of the day !
You can calculate daily wages in vda by dividing 26.
For example vda is 647
then daily vda will be 647/26= 24.88
Can any body provide me latest minimum wages rates applicable in Punjab effective from 01st September 09 alongwith valid nootification copy.

Please find attached copy of Minimum Wages Notification by Haryana Govt. for your ready reference. Revised rates are applicable from 01st July 09.
Unskilled: 3914/= Per Month
Semi-skilled 'A' 4044/= Per Month
'B' 4174/= Per Month
Skilled 'A' 4304/= Per Month
'B' 4434/= Per Month
Highly Skilled 4564/= Per Month
Do you have latest notification of Punjab which is effective from 01st Sept 09.
