Dear All :icon1:,
I am just 3 months into being a part of this group. Since then, I have been helped a lot by the posts on this site. However, I have never made any contributions until now.
The presentation I am sharing today came to me through personal email, and I thought it would be worth posting here. I hope you all find it useful.
NOTE: In case this presentation has already been shared on this site, please excuse the duplication.

Hi all,
I have a total of 9 years of work experience - 4 years in customer service at an airline and 5 years in training and knowledge management. I am also pursuing my MBA in HR from IIT. However, I am a bit confused. I am not working now but would like to get back to work. Should I join in HR or training? I have worked in HR and have knowledge but lack experience in terms of years. Please suggest.
