Dear All,
Can anybody please help me by giving information about new registration for EPF & ESI. we have 15 technicians working in various sites and want to form a facility service company to giving engg support to the sites. which documents are required for reg?.how many days taken for getting reg no?.If any shop or office required.

Dear Mr.Saji,
In case a single day more than 20 worker working in your workshop.You should apply for PF number and as per new amendment if your workshop run with add of power in such case if more than 10 worker working in a single day.You should apply for ESIC number.In case esic applicabilty not in your area you should apply for worker compensation policy.
Second thing if your firm running fabrication contract in a factory.the condition of factory deemed to applicable on your firm.the above condition will not applicable.
