If you want to gain the concentration of students you can put up small AD and sign boards in front of college with your contact number or even an help desk outside the compound, can conduct free seminars on weekends to explain in what way you can help in their projects and your fee structure.Collect the contact numbers that lands in your mobile and do a private one to one follow up till it materializes.All the best!!

First of all would llike to know what are you guys working as.
1.make a list of Skills you have which you want to pass on like if you are a computer engineer, which language are you proficient in.
2.Then make a master plan where in create a step by step diagrammatic view to show ho you gonna help students in thier projects because it doesnt matter what you are providing what matter is how you will be doing that.
3. Make a small presentation which you can use in seminars to attract students.
4. Make sure your presentation says about your skills and how you will help these students in getting trained on these skills.
5. As per website is concerned, these days websites are the best tool for marketeing. So make a website in which you can write about the services you are providing, fee structures, your contact details , you can also put enquiry form there in which anyone who is visiting your website can enquire about your courses.This way website will attract students through out the country and in this way you wont be bound to certain area.

hi, for starters do assignments locally. as word of mouth of your performance goes out, you will get more referrals and can venture on your own. try to enhance multi-disciplinary skills for all four of you - divide responsibility and have synergies matching.
should not take long for you. above all back yourselves, support each other and spend time at the end of each day as you start growing (i am assuming you will grow) and don't let anyone outside the four of you interfere. in case of any problems sort it out among yourselves and don't involve third parties.

you can inform through your website that "all the students who are interested need to register themselves first thru this website" and you can charge something as a registration fees.

But please ensure that you do not do anything unethical (like spoon-feeding students with prepared assignments, etc), like some comercial organisations are already doing.
