Simmy, Please do not waste everones time by posting a PPT that was sent 9 months ago by someone else..Get original and stop copying !! Ram
Its a welcome contribution because when it was first posted I didnt get to see it. Sharing is that someone finds it usefull, not necessarily everyone. Menegbo Anuage

Dear Ram & Jai,
First of all, I haven't seen this PowerPoint presentation in this forum before. I am sorry if I wasted anybody's time by going through it again. This is the first time I have posted something in this forum, and I am sure I will think twice before posting something again.
Regards,
Simmy

Ms. Simmy,
Unlike so many true professionals (!) who just keep downloading everything, you've taken efforts to post something. Real attitude is even when we learn the same thing 1000 times, we should be matured enough to learn something new. Forget about the rude attitude of Sunita's. Keep Growing!, Keep Posting!!

Dear Simmy,
Please continue sharing good materials - it may so happen that someone new (or otherwise) would have missed it. Don't let any critic discourage you. Being careful next time is okay, but withdrawing from the process is not desirable. Please keep up the spirit of sharing.
I would also request all those who feel they are seniors to keep guiding the other members with constructive inputs.
