Hi ,
I have 2.5 years of Generalsit HR exposure in one of the reputed Software Company in Hyderabad. My learning curve in my current Organization has been excellent as I have gone through a good cycle of HR functions.I have done MBA and a HR certification course. I don't see any onsite opportunities for HR in my company and also in the HR industry. Am I correct or is it just my assumption.
Can someone guide me with courses/skills which would help me qualify for abroad HR jobs ...
Regards,
Rhea.

I have 2.5 years of Generalist HR exposure in one of the reputed software companies in Hyderabad. My learning curve in my current organization has been excellent as I have gone through a good cycle of HR functions. I have completed an MBA and an HR certification course. I don't see any onsite opportunities for HR in my company or in the HR industry. Am I correct, or is it just my assumption? Can someone guide me with courses/skills that would help me qualify for HR jobs abroad?

Onsite Opportunities in HR
Dear Rhea,
Many people are thinking in the same way. The reason is that there is no revenue generation from the HR team in the IT industry. The IT professionals generate revenue for the company, and they will have some opportunities to work onsite, meaning the technologies. To get an onsite opportunity for the HR department, you need to have more experience, like 9 to 10 years, so the company can cover your expenses. Otherwise, you have to try on your own.

Vijay
