Invite the employees as well as their families. This will boost the morale of the employees a u are treating their families as important people This will earn goodwill. Ask one or two to narrate the significance of iday. let your staff remember/recollect/know the sacrifices of people who gave freedom to us. resolve to emulate them in deed and thought.
