You can start your own placement agency. You can start a statutory consultancy agency. You can start an outbound training institute. You can start an HR BPO. But all these should come after gaining good experience (minimum 10+ years) in the field.

Hi Thressa,

It's interesting to see that you are looking forward to a challenging and growing field. I don't know how many years of experience you have in the field, but if you have good communication skills and you are convinced about what you are doing, you have great opportunities in the field of training and development. Start in a small setup and grow step by step. Your clients will be your advertisement. It will work out, but the only thing is you will be an action-driven person in which you have to walk the talk. It makes an impact on the listeners, and then you can reach the heights.

Hope you can do it.

Theresa, I don't think you need to wait for 10 plus years. If you have the guts to stand the odds, start it now. It's no rocket science; the only thing is that you should be ready to give your 110% every day.
