Clarification on Section 88 of the Factories Act, 1948
Can anyone give clarification on Section 88 of the Factories Act, 1948? For example, if an injured worker continued his duty on the same day and did not return to duty from the next day onwards, can we classify it as a reportable accident? Is it necessary to inform the Inspector of Factories?
