but nowdays we heard that if an employee or worker earn wages (Basic+Allow) below Rs. 7000 then his bonus paid according his wages pay in his month accordingly.

bonus calculation is subject to company policy.
its mandatory for employee working at least 30 days and having basic salary up to 21 k monthly
some company gives bonus as per min wage,some as per monthly basic.
some company gives bonus monthly advance bonus.
generally company gives annual bonus.

You are not eligible to have bonus from the employer as your wages/salary is exceeding Rs. 21000/- per month during the accounting year for which bonus is payable. You are not covered under the definition of employee who are eligible for bonus because of wage ceiling under this Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
