Hi Priya,
First of all you structure your heirarchy like Jr. officer, officer, Executive, Sr.Executive, Asst.Mgr, Dy.Mgr, Mgr, Sr.Mgr, Asst.GM, Dy GM, GM, VP, Sr.VP & President type of structure and apply it to all departments.
Below the Jr. officer if you want Assistant in staff grade and in workmen grade it can be Helper, Jr.Operator / Jr.Technician, Technician / operator, Sr.Technician / Sr.Operator etc can be the designations.
If you start your heirarchy with Assistant then Assistant - HR / R&D, Accounts, SCM, Prodn, QA, QC etc etc then the next level will be Executive, Sr.Executive so on so forth
accordidingly you can structure the grades like G- 1, (Asst.), G-2 Executive and Sr.Ex., G-3 Asst mgr, Dy.Mgr, G- 4 Mgr, Sr.Mgr, G- 5 AGM, D.G.M, G-6 - GM & VP, G- 7 Sr.Vp and President.
