Dear where iam working there is no any E.L & CL so that we want to implemet the E.L & Cl. Kindly advice me How Much EL & Cl we can implement in our organisation.Is is depand on the management or we calculate by using this formula

Dear Meenu,
First examine that which of the Act i.e. Factory Act or Shops Act is applicable to your establishment & then go through for EL provisions. If Factory Act is applicable then for grant of CL you may go through your State NFH ( Casual & Sick Leaves) Act otherwise find out CL proviso in shops Act.

the calculation you have made for EL is not correct.first of all you have to tell what mr
khola has asked because quantum of leaves are different in different states and it varies from factory to establishment covered under shop act .you clearify your establishment location and type of industry than only your can get a correct picture otherwise you will not get correct suggestion.

As per your statement your your Motor Transport undertaking seems to be covered under The Motor Transport Workers Act,1961. In accordance with Chapter VII you are to give EL to the motor transport workers. As you are employing more than 100 workers you are also covered under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act,1946 & the Rules made thereunder. This Act & Rules also provides proviso for EL,CL,SL & holidays. Plz go through your State IE(SO) Rules & get the Standing Orders certified by the Certifying Officer.
For maintaining the record of Fine, Advance, Deduction for damage or loss etc. you may purchase these registers from the book-seller of your city & maintain them. These are the registers which are to be maintain under the Minimum Wages Act,1948.
