I wanted to understand from the group the guidelines for giving compensatory off/leave:
1 - Number of compensatory leave one can avail in a month.
2 - How many compensatory leave can be carried forward to the next month.
3 - How many compensatory leaves can be accumulated.
4 - I would be thankful if someone could share any policy on the same.

Employee Leave and Compensation Query

1. One of our employees takes leave on weekdays and works on Sunday or any declared holiday to compensate for this.

2. While doing so, how will this be treated in records?
- a) Will it be treated as a normal working day?
- b) Will this affect bonuses, terminal benefits, etc., when determining eligibility?

Kindly clarify this.
