To increase productivity, it is necessary to satisfy employees first. Employee satisfaction is a crucial factor in an organization. The loyalty and satisfaction of employees can significantly increase the productivity of an organization.

I agree with employee satisfaction, but what does employee satisfaction include? That is equally important. It all varies from organization to organization. For example, in some organizations, the salaries paid are too low as per the market, but the working environment and atmosphere are good. In that case, employees are satisfied as far as the work environment is concerned. However, if salaries paid are too low, that may also affect their productivity and vice versa.
Put yourself in their place and think about what you would like from the organization. Are the policies in favor of the employees? However, that does not mean you should neglect the interests of the organization. The policies should be designed in such a way that the employees are taken into consideration, making them feel like a part of the organization. Once an employee develops confidence in the organization and feels that the company takes care of their needs, they will also start taking care of the company. They develop a feeling of belongingness towards the company, and that is the most important thing. If this is created, then productivity automatically increases.
Start implementing one policy at a time and observe its effect before moving on to others. Implementing everything at once may create disturbance among the employees. People are not ready for immediate change, even if it is for their benefit. It takes some time for them to realize its benefits. They may think that the changes have been made for the benefit of the organization. It is difficult to accept change in life easily; we all need some time, and so do the employees as they are like us.
I hope my message will be helpful to you in some way. Please revert if you feel that I am not clear in my message. I would like to know your thoughts.
