Hi...
I am Hr manager of an software company. In my organisation when ever we deligate any work or assign employees any activity to be performed none of the employee respond to them. They need one to one attention and explanation everytime for every work they are assigned with.
Can any one help me know whether it is really the case with all organisations, or is it only in our organisation. Being an HR manager i just delegate the work to all employees through mail. Should i communicate every time individually and assign task.
Is there any means where i can do my best to make people work with high productivity.

Dear Manisha,
It seems to me that u r working in a small software company.
Pls don't loose ur patience.
Please set the KRA of employees with the involvement of their respective heads and then tell them if the employee prove their abilities as per their targets, then they will be eligible for increment & bonus.
and most importantly they will given marks for their behaviour & work ethics. larger part of appraisal will revolve around these parameters.
Keep the maximum range of marks with u.
this was one of the option u can do.
Pls design employee code of conduct Policy.
m attaching a COC format of acompany for ur reference.
Regards
Vipin

Thanks Vipin manav for your answer.
You are much correct that our is a small organisation.
We do have all what you said but none of the employee seriously follow them and as its recession time we are lacking appropriate number of projects. for such we are conducting various development and marketing programs in which they are not showing great interest.
