What is the duration of the speech.

Do you have a safety policy in place? If not, you need to have one. Maybe announce it as one of the initiatives. You can search the web for industrial safety dos and don'ts; the rest depends on what the company wants to communicate to employees. Let us know more before we give our suggestions.

As India is celebrating its Safety Week from 04 March to 10 March 2009, special safety measures should be implemented to make this event a success and ensure safety. After the terrorist attack on Mumbai, India is seen as an insecure place without proper safety concerns. To make this week a success, we need to have a high and professional level of security. Public places should be kept in mind as areas of concern. Places identified with high security should be given a high level of technical implementation. The implementation of these steps can only be possible with the united strength of the government and the public.

Hello Dear,

You can arrange many competitions & programs to celebrate Safety Day/Week (4-11 March). On this day, you can explain why this day is celebrated, what its importance is, and why safety is important. Arrange programs like PPE exhibition, quizzes, safe driving competition, drawing, elocution, poem, slogan competition, etc. Instead of a speech, this will improve safety awareness among your employees.

National Safety Day/Week

National Safety Day/Week is celebrated on the 4th of March every year for about a week to raise awareness among the general public and the workforce about safety, including various health and environmental issues. Through this campaign, a participative approach by corporate owners and their workforce is promoted to achieve greater heights in the areas of Safety, Health, and Environment. The aim is to serve society with a preventive culture and a research-oriented safety approach. During this week, employers and employees are reminded of their legal responsibilities.
