I am new to this forum. I am an HR professional, have worked in IT industry for 2 yrs, working with an International BPO in the Learning & Development team. I am involved in OD activites.
I am looking for certain useful competency assessment tools to assess competencies like Decision Making, Analytical Skills, Customer Focus.
Also, please share some business cases/role plays to assess the above competencies.

I have 2.5 years of work experience in the Generalist HR, Organizational Development, Change Management, Job Analysis, and Assessment Centers.
