I am new to this forum. I am an HR professional, have worked in IT industry for 2 yrs, working with an International BPO in the Learning & Development team. I am involved in OD activites.
I am looking for certain useful competency assessment tools to assess competencies like Decision Making, Analytical Skills, Customer Focus.
Also, please share some business cases/role plays to assess the above competencies.

I have 2.5 years of work experience in the Generalist HR, Organizational Development, Change Management, Job Analysis, and Assessment Centers. Competency Mapping, Competency Assessment Psychometric Testing and Writing job Descriptions for various positions and I am a part of Inhouse HR Consulting in my organization.
