sucide is not a solution for all problems, they should explain about mistake,b'coz more than 55k employees working under them, as well as they were mis used public money also,A.P CM rajasaekar reddy was insist for enquiry, the enqiry sould be proceed loyaly,if mistake find, the govt will fullfill the punishment what they have tried(sucide).

First impresssion of this news is that its an attempt to sensationlise the Satyam tragedy. Because it carries no proof of burden to prove that this rumor is true.
Secondly, CFO most of the companies are cleaver enough to contrive ideas to save their jobs and generate resources for the company through various means despite they knows this is not legal or will result in PONZI Scheme.
He has done no great job because business ehtics do not permit to commit fraud. His none of the act can be justified.

It shows his weakness. The entire episode confirms that he is a follower ie., he has accepted what ever his boss told and never tried to confront and a real financial head needs to direct, correct, confront and ready to quit as he is responsible for the public money and any act of his will make lakhs of peoples' life miserable.
He confirms his irresponsibility towards even his family also by attempting for suicide. Now the question comes the selection process, is the HR has done evaluation process (by using the HR tools like MBTI / Thomas profiling etc), if it is yes, what is the result wrt the stress absorption and action. Now you all can understand what the criticality / importance of HR in identifying and deploying the employees for various roles and positions.

Dear All
Great dramma done by satyam management. Fraud happens in accounting,auditing & Banking. Fraud happened not only current year also in previous years. Higher officials resignation and Commiting suicide are just escaping from the current scenario. :!::!:
