DEAR SIR,
As in English Literature series shakespere 'HAMLET' - as the saying says 'to be or not to be' in decision making involves psychological theories to make better assumption. The person involved in making decision carrying with him list o psychological sickness as well psychological mental care within himself.

In my opinion I think of little harm done, THE BEST PRIORITY, I consider is that let the train passed on the right track, even though it may harm few kids while saving the train and its passengers. My intuitive mind tells me that while the train nearing the kids, at least some kids are aware of the approaching train while the other kids may heed the warning of sound of the train. My hunch is that, MOST PROBABLY, these local kids for decades have lived and played there with knowledge of passing train. So why so much worry about them. Moreover, what if the accident happen all the communities involved will then be aware of their addament parents and kids to accept the fate and learn their bitter lessons for decade. And that local authorities should be well aware of that matter.
