Maybe it is not easy to understand what you need. Your holiday list will need to be approved by the local labor office, and sometime soon, your office should be receiving the directory of approved holidays for 2009. Create your list with consultation from the operational head and get it approved.

Except for the 3 compulsory days (26th Jan,15th Aug & 2 Oct ) you can add 5 or 9 days more with consultation of your management and get it approved from Jurisdictional officer.
