Hi All,
As per my knowledge, there are no typical International HRM certifications because in many countries, HRM is a part of science where behavioral science comes into play. Hence, you can pursue a Master's in HR.
Additionally, you can obtain a certification in Cross-cultural Management, which is a sub-function in HR and is relevant for Employee Engagement activities.
Alternatively, as others have suggested, you can pursue SAP certification or become certified as an Assessment Centre designer by TV Rao, which is internationally acclaimed. However, this is more suitable for individuals with some years of hands-on experience. You may also consider obtaining certification in interview techniques, especially for recruiting expats. XLRI and IIM offer certified courses in this area. For Compensation and Benefits (C&B) certification courses, you can explore Mercer College, which is internationally recognized. I have attended a Mercer workshop, and it was good.
