Body language is an important part of communication, which can constitute 50% or more of what we are communicating. If you wish to communicate well, then it makes sense to understand how you can (and cannot) use your body to say what you mean.

I found the information that you have posted very informative, well thought out, and with good reasoning. You are right, in today's world a lot rides on our body language, and we do convey a lot knowingly or unknowingly to our colleagues on a professional level as well as on a personal level. However, I am looking for the main points to put in an induction training for new staff. I would appreciate it if you would post that information if you have it.
